Refund policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return a product to us, please contact c.fialho@nfwi.org.uk and we will process the return or put you in contact with the relevant third party.

Returns should be made within 30 days from the day you receive your purchases.

We will be happy to refund the price of or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition with any labels/tags still intact and as far as possible, in its original packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the Product.

All products returned must be unused (this includes being washed or worn) and have all the original packaging and labels attached. Any items that fail to meet these criteria will not be accepted.

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact c.fialho@nfwi.org.uk so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or when a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty

Please ensure that any items to be sent back are returned securely; you may wish to obtain proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for items that are not received.
